Shade and light

One of the HUGE benefits of a garden design service is that we can test out some ideas on paper (or screen) before we even spend money and break ground. I use Sketchup Pro which allows me to geo-locate your property on Google Maps and use real shadows in my models. This is a page from one of the designs I did in 2021 for a local client in Meltham who suffered from a problem rare to Yorkshire of having too much sun in her back garden. Having surveyed it myself one sunny day I can attest to that! She asked for shade sail that can be removed during winter, so we used a few different options in the model to see which offered the best solution to her 'problem'. Give me a shout if you suffer this problem (but no gloating please!).
